1 — Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. This also applies when using installment services (Tabby, Tamara, Bsimplah), which handle installments independently — the platform considers payment complete upon confirmation.

2 — Cancellation & Refund Policy

Case 1 / Booking made 10 or more days before departure:

Cancellation, refund, or modification is available within 24 hours of payment only. A verification code is sent to the customer's phone — entering it constitutes explicit agreement to the booking terms.

Case 2 / Trip is within 7 days or less from booking date:

The booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable after payment. This condition is clearly communicated before confirmation, and a verification code is sent via SMS — entering it constitutes explicit agreement.

3 — Company-Side Exceptions

Any delay or cancellation initiated by the company for any reason is exempt, and the customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

4 — Exceptional Cases

The company may, at its sole discretion and depending on operational circumstances, consider one of the following:

• Rescheduling
• Issuing future credit
• An appropriate alternative solution
